Hi again – I just took out our tickets for 42nd Street and found they’re not for tonight, but tomorrow night. So will have to do a minor adjustment of plans, but it means that we won’t be able to attend your reading, or hear Mark’s poetry. I thought we might be able to manage. How come everything comes on the same night???
Re sending Kel something to read, you thought she might not be able to follow the story if she hadn’t read books 1 and 2. While your books aren’t entirely standalone in the sense that they’re a richer more interesting read if done in order, you could still send the first chapter of the new book and Kel would be able to follow the story? Just a thought – which made me think, so I’ll send her the first chapter of the story I’m editing, not writing now. No one can really understand the flow and it’s probably better if I just keep writing without worrying about who is going to read!
