    Amazon’s attempts to respond to complaints of sock puppets, bullying and unprofessional reviews is one that cannot be resolved with rules. There are so many ways to get around them that they simply cannot work. Even requiring real names of reviewers is easy to manipulate. How will they know if it is a real name or not.
